USD/CAN ....sitting at ema100, you normally get a pullback here you can counter trade it but it's high risk. If it breaks through then shorting the market would be the strategy of choice.

GLD...now $162.25...we are now in the nose bleed zone on a shorter(15-min) timeframe....ie. not a good entry here.
