 chetron-
do i run each filter individually, (short swing traders/long swing traders) or together..? for the full effect..?
i get over 1,620 hits for the LONG swing & over 70 hits for the SHORT swing...(ran the filter Tues 05:30/ i know it is for sat/sun use only)- thx mystiq

YOU NEED TO RUN THE REPORT "I" POSTED. IT IS BOTH TOGETHER, NOT ONE OR THE OTHER. THEN YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT EQUITY HAS A BETTER RECORD FOR THE DIRECTION "YOU" PICK. I DON'T THINK PICKING AN EQUITY THAT HAS A 40 HIT LONG RECORD IS GOOD FOR GOING LONG, IF IT HAS A 52 HIT SHORT RECORD. IMHO.

  TRO,
Some questions on this interesting filter:

So if I ran the long filter (mentioned in the first post of this thread) last weekend, the top 5 would be: SANM, EGY, NITE, WTI GMXR. These would ALL have been losses. Am I missing something or is this completely due to the $700 B baby?
How do you manage the stop loss - use the low of previous week?

 Thanks - Sean

How do you figure SANM was a loser?

 Open 1.86

 High 1.92

If you entered at 1.87 and exited at 1.91, isn't that one percent?

I didn't bother checking the rest.

THE GOAL IS TO MAKE 1% PER WEEK.

 DO NOT BE GREEDY!
