I'd like to be able to screen for stocks which have closed at the high of the day. Thoughts?

Here's one I use to find oversold stocks.
The first line is what you asked for and the second line gives you stocks with a daily spread over .15.
You can adjust the other lines to fit your needs.

... wouldn't "close at the high of the day" be ...
... or
SF doesn't allow for "equal to".
